Hi. This is an “Italio Disco” style 80s composition written 04-21-10. I LOVE Italio Disco by the way. 🙂 Pardon the delay in the beginning of the video, I had to go around the camera to start the Motif sequencer. This song also needs some refining but it was great fun to write. I intended to write an 80s dance style composition and came up with this. I will add more to it soon. Got LOVE THE 80s!! Synths used: D-50: strings Alpha Juno- Synth lead (original/new) + delay/echo DX-9: FM bass (preset) EMX-1: 80’s track (new/original) Motif-6: ARP source for DX-9 CZ-5000: midi controller for Alpha Juno PLEASE ENJOY 🙂 🙂 TSF and her synths.

Nice performance and great EMX Pattern. I love italo disco!
I haven’t been this pleasantly surprised since the first time I got RickRolled. What a masterpiece. ’80s power.
Вы гений!!!Это великолепно!!

nice track
Very nice!!! Like it a lot!!!!!!!!
you hear this chick talk and you think she’s a geek! you hear her play good music and you think she’s a god of music….kick ass!!!
Hi 🙂 I actually used the Yamaha Motif-6 arpeggio and just had it midi’d to the DX-9. The EMX-1 drum machine was just running the pattern I programed, no arp to the DX. When I started the arp on Motif-6 and the drum machine, I only had a split second to start them together and exact timing so that the arp and the drum machine don’t go out of timing with each other. Its tricky to get it precise.

Did you sequenced the DX9 via MIDI with the EMX-1 ?
Love this track. Love the lead sound, reminds me of “Moody Breeze”, a Commodore Amiga track.
couldn’t be more 80s. Sounds like the that band Chromeo

Wow, for something made in 2010 this is excellent.
Awesome, 🙂 Very Good Sound , I Love Italo disco of the Early 80s…
you are so great, beautiful Italo track, so great! a big kiss!
anything korg is a solid
Excellent warm pad sound!!! That’s a reason to have good filters in a synth.
Danielle, you are making a awesome work! The music is reminds me of the good analog period during the 80’s. Keep on rockin’ !
Best regards, Aleksander
Hi 🙂 Thanks so much. Every sound used in this song were designed and programmed by me. I used Linear Arithmetic synthesis theory (D-50) to create the synth strings sound. Analogue Subtractive, FM and Phase Distortion synthesis are others that I create sounds with as well. The strings patch you refer to here, was one of the first patches I programmed for D-50. I really love subtractive synthesis! Got to have those waveforms! 🙂
